• Proof of Purchase: Please ensure that you have proof of purchase, such as your order number.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Verification: Our team will verify the defect and approve your return/exchange request.
3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless the defect was a result of our error.

5. Refund or Exchange: Upon verification, you can choose to either get a refund or an exchange for the defective item.

Exceptions

• Items that are damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer cannot be returned.
• Any item returned without approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received defective.
• It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
